Guam TANF
Guam's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program provides cash aid and services to eligible families that have a child(ren) in the home. If a family has little or no cash and needs housing, food, utilities, clothing or medical care, they may be eligible to receive short-term assistance to help pay for necessary expenses.

Guam SNAP
Guam's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (aka SNAP or Food Stamps) helps eligible low-income households buy the food they need. It provides funds on an "EBT Card" that can be used at most grocery stores and other retailers that sell food.

Guam Medicaid
Guam Medicaid is a public health insurance program that provides free or low-cost health care services to certain low-income individuals. Medicaid services are provided at the Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC), the Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH), or by a Medicaid-approved provider.

Guam CHIP
Guam's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides low-cost health insurance coverage to children in families that earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid. Medicaid services are provided at the Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC), the Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH), or by a CHIP-approved provider.
